It’s just a fun discussion about one part of the real estate market, the bottom. I don’t know about you, but I’m always trolling the MLS looking for that diamond in the rough, the cheapest house in town, that could actually be shined up, lived in, and sold later. Whether it’s in a hot market like Seattle or a place like Detroit, it’s always fun to dream.
